Important Notes Before Purchasing Used Tools
- As these are used items, we strongly recommend inspecting the actual product before purchase.
- Actual item takes precedence: If there is any discrepancy between the photos and the actual product, the actual product shall prevail.
- Used items may have rust, scratches, dents, oil stains, metal chips, or other signs of use.
- Customers are requested to confirm any missing parts or modifications by themselves.
- We perform power-on checks and basic operational inspections whenever possible.
- No warranty is provided for used items.
- As products are also sold in-store, availability is subject to prior sale.
- All used items are sold as-is, with no claims, no returns, and no cancellations accepted. In the event of shipping damage, replacement items may not be available.

Product Inquiry & Inspection
- If you are interested in a product, please contact us with the product number, product name, and delivery address.
- On-site inspection is available at our warehouse: 888-1 Tamagawa, Tokigawa-machi, Hiki-gun, Saitama, Japan.
- For customers located far away, we can also provide additional photos or confirm specific parts upon request.

Quotation & Purchase Decision
- We will provide a quotation including shipping costs.
- Please inform us of your purchase decision within approximately 3 days after receiving the quotation.

- During busy periods or long holiday closures, we may not be able to accommodate all requested schedules.

Invoice & Payment
- An invoice will be issued after confirming the order details.
- Shipment will be arranged after payment has been confirmed.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash or bank transfer (Cash on delivery is not available.)
- Receipts can be issued upon request. Please inform us in advance if you require a specific recipient name. For purchases over JPY 50,000 (tax included), receipts will be mailed separately at a later date.

- Shipping carriers: Sagawa Express, Seino Transportation, or Fukuyama Transporting (Carrier selection depends on the product.)
- Listed dimensions and weights are measured before packaging. Please note that size and weight may change after packing.
- Our office is closed on weekends, national holidays, New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon holidays.
